US v. MAY, 02-2039

Convictions for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana are affirmed over claims that the district court erroneously augmented a sentence when it found 1) cocaine amount attributable to defendant, 2) his co-conspirator used a dangerous weapon, 3) defendant had a leadership role in the offense, and 4) three misdemeanor convictions should be included as part of defendant's criminal history.
