Following the decision in Morehead v. Atkinson-Kiewit, 97 F.3d 603 (1st Cir. 1996), plaintiff's injury claim under the Jones Act is barred by section 905(a) of the Act because he was injured while performing his regular duties as an engineer on a dredging operation.
