DJ MFG. CORP. v. TEX-SHIELD, INC., 02-2114
The dismissal of a suit alleging a conspiracy to destroy competition in the market for chemical protective clothing in Puerto Rico, in violation of antitrust statute, 10 P.R. Laws Ann. section 264 (2002), is reversed where the district court erred in interpreting the statute too narrowly.
