In an action alleging violations of the Anti-Dumping Act of 1916, 15 U.S.C. section 72, an order to quash a subpoena duces tecum under Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(c)(3) is affirmed over defendants claims of abuse of discretion where the sought documents have no relevance to Iowa litigation.
