RIVERA v. PUERTO RICO AQUEDUCT & SEWERS AUTH., 02-1349

Claims that plaintiff was subjected to a hostile work environment because of her religion in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. section 2000e et seq., 42 U.S.C. section 1983, and Puerto Rico law, are dismissed where she presented neither viable nor timely Title VII and section 1983 claims.
