PERSSON v. SCOTIA PRINCE CRUISES, LTD., 02-1590, 02-1591

The district court's factual determinations, that ship officers resigned without giving notice and are therefore not entitled to damages for breach of their employment contracts, are affirmed. Officers were not responsible for maintaining woodwork on the vessel.
