United States First Circuit

SEC v. SARGENT, 02-1672

The district court acted within its discretion in denying an injunction against future securities trading with respect to defendants. Denial of prejudgment interest, and denial of civil penalties against defendants was also proper, given the abuse of discretion standard of review.
