United States First Circuit

ROSENBERG v. CITY OF EVERETT, 02-1542

A television director's position was one for which political affiliation is an appropriate requirement, thus a claim of firing for handling of programs concerning a mayoral election was not actionable. Plaintiff is not protected by the public policy exception to at-will employment.
