United States First Circuit

TOWER v. LESLIE-BROWN, 02-1904

State troopers enjoyed qualified immunity in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action where objectively reasonable officers would not have known they were violating plaintiffs' Fourth Amendment rights by entering their home.
