US v. OSBOURNE, 02-2003

District court's partial denial of defendant's motion to suppress the fruits of a second frisk is affirmed where the context in which police frisked him led the district court to conclude that officers still entertained a reasonable suspicion of defendant, notwithstanding the quick initial frisk.
