BOGOSIAN v. WOLOOHOJIAN REALTY CORP., 01-1542, 02-1196/1235
In an action alleging a corporation's "freeze-out" of an officer and shareholder, the complaint and a counterclaim were not "interwoven" as to the right jury trial, and a finding of waiver of that right is affirmed. Denial of motions to postpone a bench trial are also affirmed, as are a buy-out price as calculated by the district court.
