US v. DONNAT, 02-1098

18 U.S.C. sections 510(b) and 1344 convictions are affirmed where evidence showed that defendant 1) executed a scheme or made a misrepresentation to a bank with the intent to deceive a bank in order to obtain money, and 2) knew that an endorsement was a forgery.
