After a tabloid newspaper's acknowledged copyright infringement, 1) plaintiff's is entitled to a share of a licensing fee which defendant should have paid, 2) plaintiff was not entitled to licensing fees for each ensuing unauthorized use, and 3) decision declining plaintiff's request for royalties was not clear error.
