Defendant had a managerial role in a drug distribution conspiracy where he: 1) supplied the drugs for the conspiracy; 2) established a customer base; 3) personally completed larger sales; 4) exercised dominion over virtually all known quantities; and, 5) kept the majority of proceeds.
