CASANOVA v. DUBOIS, 99-1838

Although six prisoners failed to sign a notice of appeal based on dismissal of confinement conditions claims, appellate jurisdiction was proper once this technical error was corrected; remand necessary to determine whether prisoners exhausted their administrative remedies prior to suit, as required by the Prison Litigation Reform Act.
