United States First Circuit

US v. PERROTTA, 00-2427

Appellant's convictions, relating to conspiracy and aiding in extortionate extensions of credit, were affirmed where sufficient circumstantial evidence demonstrated that appellant knew of the transactions and must have realized how repayment would be enforced; no error in admitting weapons seized where doing so did not emotionally inflame the jury.
