Where plaintiffs' complaint in substance alleged violations of Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, Section 9 of the National Labor Relations Act, the Railway Labor Act, and Puerto Rican contract and tort law, federal claims were properly dismissed as time-barred, and state law claims, which would require analysis of the rights and duties imposed by collective bargaining agreement, deemed preempted by federal labor law and dismissed.
