United States First Circuit

US v. BRADSHAW, 00-2416

Where the district court conducted an inquiry into the question of jury taint, based on jurors' accidental exposure to an unredacted indictment containing severed counts against the defendant, excused a single juror, and concluded that the remaining jurors' ability to render an impartial verdict had not been compromised, the defendant received all process that was due.
