US v. WHOOTEN, 01-1216

Where defendant forced a store clerk, at gunpoint and while threatening to kill her, outside of the store he had just robbed and 65 feet into the parking lot, such was a forced movement "to a different location," and the district court acted within its discretion in determining an abduction occurred for purposes of enhancing defendant's sentence under USSG section 2B3.1(b)(4)(A).
