NILAND v. HALL, 01-1739

Under the standard of review imposed by the AEDPA, where all of defendant's constitutional claims were thoroughly reviewed on their merits by the state court and the defendant failed to show that the decision was "contrary to, or involved an unreasonable application of, clearly established Federal law," the district court's denial of habeas relief affirmed.
