GREENLESS v. ALMOND, 01-1410

Due to recent amendment of Medicaid law, in claiming that federal law required State to pay class of Medicaid recipients a portion of the proceeds from the settlement of its claims against the tobacco industry, plaintiff failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
