Under Massachusetts Whistleblower Statute, Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 149, 185(b), evidence that supervisor created position for a friend and told subordinate that he expected his friend to be hired is sufficient evidence that supervisor improperly ordered subordinate to hire the friend.
