SANNA v. DIPAOLO, 01-1008

The constitution requires that defendants have an opportunity to fully and fairly litigate the issues, and does not grant federal court jurisdiction in cases where a habeas petitioner merely alleges that the state court came to the wrong result after a full and fair opportunity to litigate.
