Tana v. Dantanna's, 09-15123

In a trademark infringement action concerning two restaurants, situated on opposite sides of the country, that share very similar names, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where plaintiff did not adduce sufficient evidence giving rise to a genuine issue of material fact on the issue of likelihood of confusion or defendants' knowing appropriation of his likeness.
