In plaintiff's appeal from a district court's order enjoining plaintiff from pursuing a breach of contract claim against defendant that resulted in a judgment for plaintiff in bankruptcy court, the order is reversed where a prior class action settlement agreement did not release the claim plaintiff pursued against defendant in the bankruptcy adversary action.
