In an action for indemnification on a surety bond, the grant of Plaintiff-Insurer's motion for a new trial is reversed where a reasonable jury could have found that Plaintiff settled the underlying claim in bad faith, because Defendant presented evidence of unreasonable conduct coupled with a self-interested settlement.
