United States Eleventh Circuit
Chira v. Saal, 07-15897, 08-10400
In an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court's order approving the sale of a hotel owned by the Debtor's estate, which denied Debtor's wife any proceeds of the sale, the order is affirmed, where a settlement agreement reached in the bankruptcy proceedings did not modify the pre-bankruptcy contract of sale, and the settlement agreement was equitable.
