Carrier Corp. v. Buckley, 08-11098

In a bankruptcy adversary proceeding by a Trustee to recover pre-petition payments by Debtor to an unsecured creditor, the Bankruptcy Court's judgment voiding the payments is affirmed, where: 1) the creditor could have become secured but failed to do so; and 2) Debtor did not make the payments in the ordinary course of business.
