US v. Aldrich, 08-15556

Defendant's sentence for enticement of a minor to engage in sexual conduct is affirmed, where masturbation in front of a web camera constitutes "sexual contact" under U.S.S.G. section 2G2.1(b)(2)(A), and Defendant did not need to "harass" the victim to qualify for the Section 2G2.1 enhancement.
