Defendant's conviction for reentering the U.S. following removal is affirmed, where: 1) the officer who stopped Defendant's vehicle had reasonable suspicion to do so; and 2) because Defendant's arrest was constitutional, his subsequent statements could not be tainted by an improper arrest.
