United States Eleventh Circuit

US v. Emmanuel, 07-10378

Defendant's drug conviction is affirmed, where: 1) evidence obtained by foreign governments that would have violated U.S. procedural rules is generally admissible, and no exception applied to the evidence at issue; and 2) the mere reference to Defendant's bail conditions by a witness at trial does not create prejudice per se.
