Defendant's indecent exposure conviction is affirmed, where: 1) Defendant encouraged the District Court to proceed to trial despite an error in the indictment, and thus waived his right to appeal the error; and 2) evidence of Defendant's prior sexual conduct in the area at issue was relevant to rebut Defendant's entrapment defense.
