Jackson-Shaw Co. v. Jacksonville Aviation Auth., 07-10521

In an action to void an agreement between Defendant state agency and a private developer on the ground that the agreement violated the Florida Constitution by making Defendant a "joint owner" with the developer, judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where the Court of Appeals certified this issue to the Florida Supreme Court, which rejected Plaintiff's claim.
