US v. Siegelman, 07-13163

Defendants' bribery and mail fraud convictions are affirmed in part, where the jury was properly instructed that a quid pro quo was required to convict Defendants, but reversed in part, where there was insufficient evidence that one Defendant agreed to the alleged mail fraud scheme.
