Leib v. Hillsborough Cty. Pub. Transp. Comm'n., 08-14271
In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action arising out a public transportation rule that prevented Plaintiff from using a Toyota Prius as a limousine, dismissal of Plaintiff's complaint is affirmed where the rule did not violate the Equal Protection Clause, as there was a rational basis for the rule.
