In suit to enjoin plaintiff's former wife from domesticating several Georgia state court contempt orders in Alabama state court because those orders violated the Uniformed Services Former Spouses' Protection Act (FSPA), dismissal of complaint is affirmed where the district court correctly found that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction under the Rooker-Feldman doctrine.
