In a breach of contract claim between plaintiff-owner of five residential manufactured home communities and defendant-landscape company, judgment in favor of defendant is affirmed over claims of error that the district court: 1) abused its discretion in dismissing its third amended complaint; and 2) erred in construing the parties' contract; and 3) abused its discretion in admitting defendant's invoices into evidence under Federal Rule of Evidence 803(6).
