In an action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. section 1983 filed by the estate of high school student following his death after a voluntary workout with his high school football team, order denying summary judgment to the coaches on the federal claims is vacated where: 1) the coaches were entitled to qualified immunity; and 2) the district court erred in denying coaches' motion to dismiss.
