In a dispute regarding purchase contracts of individual units in defendant's condominium development, grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs is reversed where: 1) plaintiffs did not have a right to revoke their contracts to purchase condominiums developed by defendant under sections 1702 and 1703(d) of the Interstate Land Sales Act (ILSA).; and 2) summary judgment in their favor in this contract rescission action was improper.
