In an action arising out of denial of disability benefits, grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, award of attorney's fees in favor of plaintiff, and entry of summary judgment of plaintiff against co-defendant are affirmed in part and remanded where: 1) In light of the controlling precedent in White v. Coca-Cola company, the case is remanded on the issue of damages; and 2) defendant-Coca Cola's benefits committee should be given full opportunity to make damages calculations for plaintiff since his claim was denied.
