United States Eleventh Circuit

US v. Bunkley, 07-14111

In a prosecution for illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, denial of defendant's motion to suppress firearm evidence seized from a pat-down search in front of his home is affirmed where the totality of the circumstances supported that the officer had reasonable suspicion to believe defendant was armed and dangerous despite individual facts which may have suggested otherwise when considered alone.
