CSX Transp., Inc. v. State Bd. of Equalization, 05-16000
On remand from the Supreme Court which reversed the circuit court's prior decision in the matter, the district court's judgment is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded to allow the district court to determine in the first instance how to proceed in light of the Supreme Court decision holding "that railroads may challenge state methods for determining the value of railroad property, as well as how those methods are applied."
