Rioux v. City of Atlanta, 07-11657

In a civil rights action raising claims of racial discrimination for the demotion of a firefighter, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) although plaintiff presented a prima facie case of discrimination and showed sufficient evidence of pretext; nevertheless, 2) he failed to show defendants violated clearly established federal law.
