On remand from US Supreme Court for reconsideration of defendant's sentence in light of Kimbrough v. US, 552 U.S. ___, (2007), the panel's previous opinion is reinstated and affirmed in part, but the case is remanded to district court for the limited purpose of resentencing defendant in light of Kimbrough.
