US v. Dean, 06-14918

Convictions and sentences for conspiracy to interfere with interstate commerce by robbery in violation of the Hobbs Act are affirmed over claims that: 1) insufficient evidence was presented as to the victim bank's Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation insured status; 2) a sentencing enhancement for discharge of a firearm includes an intent element; 3) the court gave an erroneous jury instruction; and 4) the court erred in consolidating one defendant's juvenile offenses.
