Aronowitz v. Health-Chem Corp., 06-11344

Omnibus order setting aside a jury verdict on contract claim, reducing $2.6 million damage award to $1, upholding a trademark infringement verdict, and conditionally granting new trial is reversed in part and remanded as to the reduction of damages where the court is unable to say that the entirety of that verdict was unsupported, but the court will not reinstate the verdict.
