US v. Palma, 06-14884

Conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm and ammunition after being convicted of a felony are affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on a "temporary, innocent possession defense"; and 2) defendant is entitled to a new trial due to certain allegedly prejudicial remarks that the trial judge directed at defense counsel.
