Goebert v. Lee County, 06-10606
In civil rights action brought by female pretrial detainee alleging defendants were deliberately indifferent to her serious medical needs summary judgment for defendants based on failure to exhaust administrative remedies is reversed in part as to exhaustion, and as to certain defendants where one defendant acted with more than gross negligence toward plaintiff and thus was not entitled to summary judgment on the deliberate indifference claim or qualified immunity.
