Canon Latin Am., Inc. v. Lantech (CR), S.A., 07-13571

In dispute arising from agreement to distribute plaintiff's products in Costa Rica, grant of permanent injunction barring defendant from proceeding with its claims in Costa Rica against plaintiff is vacated where plaintiff has not shown that the resolution of its claims in the district court would actually dispose of defendant's claim in Costa Rica.
