In trademark infringement case involving printed circuit boards used in a water meter reading system, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed over primary claims that: 1) the district court misapplied the seven factors articulated in Frehling Enters., Inc. v. Int'l Select Group, Inc., 192 F.3d 1330 (11th Cir. 1999); and 2) persons other than apartment owners and managers are likely to be confused by the circuit boards.
